Pat's Choice (AKA "PC")
PC and Lyn
PC is a pretty well known endurance horse. Here are some of the recent events she's been in: (The mileages in perentheses are hauling distances to the events!)
August 8th - Ft. Armstrong 50 endurance (437 mi. one way)
Labor Day weekend - MD 80, a 3-day CTR (157 mi. one way)
Sept. 28th - Allaire 30 CTR (I judged, another junior rode PC)
Oct. 12-20th - WNC 100, 3-day CTR (786 mi. one way)
Oct. 25-27 - Jersey Devil 50, 2-day CTR and Drive (57 mi. one way)
PC is known to be half Andelusian, which shows prominently in her front end. Her dam was range bred by a stallion that had gathered a band of feral mares after escaping from a breeding farm.
